Who can enter the Trans Lunar Raffle?

Eligibility: The Trans Lunar Raffle is open to anyone except employees of the Trans Lunar Research Corporation and members of their immediate families.  The Grand Prize winner shall be responsible for all taxes on the prize.  By entering the raffle, entrants agree to be bound by these rules, and release Trans Lunar Research Corporation, its affiliates, subsidiaries and its respective directors, officers, board members, agents and employees from any and all liability with respect to all aspects of the drawing, including, but not limited to the selection process.  All participants further agree to the use of their names or any statements made by them regarding the prize for advertising or publicity purposes and any and all rights to said use without further compensation. Privacy policy: TLR does not sell or distribute mailing lists or personal information associated with raffle participants. All information collected is for internal TLR raffle processing use only. The Trans Lunar Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
